Membership rules

1. Your membership application

By completing and submitting your application for membership via our email, you agree to be bound by these rules.
The Membership Committee meets monthly and admits new members when space is available. The Membership Committee shall have sole discretion as to who shall become a member of The 19th hole.
You are free to withdraw your application at any time. Should you wish to do so, please contact our membership team at If your membership application is accepted, we will confirm this by sending you a ‘Welcome to The 19th hole’ email. Your membership will commence on the date your ‘Welcome to The 19 th hole’ email is sent.

2. Proposing new members

Members are welcome to propose new applicants to join The 19 th hole. Application forms are available at our reception desk , in our website or you can ask for one by email at

3. Membership renewal

Membership is for a minimum period of one year and renewable thereafter on an annual basis. Membership renewals are not automatic and are reviewed by our Membership Committee on an annual basis. The decision of the Membership Committee is final and without appeal.

4. Membership database

It is important for us to have your current details plus a photograph in our membership database. By becoming a member of The 19th hole, you agree that we can hold your personal details and a photograph of you for us to use in connection with your membership. 5. Membership payment

Upon approval or renewal of your membership, your membership fees become payable immediately. By providing us with your payment details, you accept and consent to being charged with membership fees in the form requested by The 19th hole upon your application being approved or renewed. It is within our discretion to amend our membership fees at any time, and we will notify you in advance if there are to be any changes to the amount, date or frequency of the payment of your membership fees.
Failure to pay the annual subscription within one month of the due date will result in the member not being admitted to The 19th hole and the membership being terminated.

6. Resignation of your membership

You should advice one month in advance the resignation of your membership. If you have selected monthly, quarterly or annual payment and choose to resign your membership (or your membership is cancelled part way through the year), refunds will be at the discretion of The 19th hole.

7. Guests

Members are permitted to bring up to three guests with them to the lounge at any one time although please be aware that during very busy times we may have to restrict member/guest access. Guests don t include people who come to attend a meeting in our meeting rooms. A member’s guests may not enter without that member being present and are not allowed to remain in when they leave. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests follow all rules and policies and can face suspension or termination of their membership if their guests violate such rules or policies.

8. Cameras/Recording devices

No cameras, video or other recording devices, whether live-streaming or otherwise and whether on a mobile phone or other medium, may be used while in. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests also abide by this rule. It will allow just pictures from outside and views. No member or guest can be recorded. The 19th hole reserves the right to take possession of and confiscate any mobile phone, camera, video or other recording device and any photos, videos or other recorded images used or taken.

9. Confidentiality

The 19th hole management and all staff members are required to adhere to the strictest confidentiality standards and pledge to maintain all records and personal information concerning the members and their guests in the strictest

10. Food and beverages

Please refrain from bringing any outside food or beverages, unless medically necessary.

11. Private hire and house maintenance

We may at times close all or part of The 19th hole to members and their guests for private events or for necessary maintenance, repair or redecoration work.

12. Smoking policy

No smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is allowed inside The 19th hole

13. Amendments to the house rules
